Royal Set
The Royal set is armor family 10 of 23 for the Dark Lord: Royal Helm, Royal Armor, Royal Boots.
Lore
Royal is the Dark Lord's set with the dignity of a crown. It was drawn from the ceremonial armor of the old regents, with a high collar, a mantle clasped at the shoulders and a helm that looks more like a diadem than protection, though it is solid steel.
It serves the Dark Lord who faces trials, sieges and enemy barracks. The Royal Helm, Royal Armor and Royal Boots drop from the bosses of Swamp of Peace and Vulcanus, and appear among the monsters of Land of Trials, Crywolf and Balgass' Barracks.
Pieces of the Royal set
Wearing the pieces together, the set grants the Imperial Authority bonus: +5% Command with all 3 pieces, and half of it with 2.

Forging and refining
At the Blacksmith, Upgrade tab, the item goes from +0 to +6 with Jewel of Bless (PT) (always succeeds) and from +6 to +15 with Jewel of Soul (the chance drops at each level; on failure it loses 1 level, never below +6). Each + multiplies the whole piece (+15 makes it 3.23 times stronger). From +16 to +25 is the Ancestral Upgrade (PT), which burns Ancient items. In the Migrate tab, the whole + carries over to the Nightmare or Godlike version of the same item.
