Blue Eye Lord Set
The Blue Eye Lord set is armor family 16 of 23 for the Dark Lord: Blue Eye Lord Helm, Blue Eye Lord Armor, Blue Eye Lord Boots.
Lore
Blue Eye Lord is the Dark Lord's set marked by a blue eye engraved on the helm. Among the shadowed houses, that eye is the sign of one who sees the whole battlefield at once, and it is granted only to a commander who has never lost an ally through carelessness.
It clothes the Dark Lord facing spirits, knights and creatures of the lake. The Blue Eye Lord Helm, Blue Eye Lord Armor and Blue Eye Lord Boots drop from the bosses of Debenter and Uruk Mountain, and appear among the monsters of Nars, Ferea and Nixies Lake.
Pieces of the Blue Eye Lord set
Wearing the pieces together, the set grants the Imperial Authority bonus: +5% Command with all 3 pieces, and half of it with 2.

Forging and refining
At the Blacksmith, Upgrade tab, the item goes from +0 to +6 with Jewel of Bless (PT) (always succeeds) and from +6 to +15 with Jewel of Soul (the chance drops at each level; on failure it loses 1 level, never below +6). Each + multiplies the whole piece (+15 makes it 3.23 times stronger). From +16 to +25 is the Ancestral Upgrade (PT), which burns Ancient items. In the Migrate tab, the whole + carries over to the Nightmare or Godlike version of the same item.
